A few metres just outside the gate stands the local bus stop.
From the sunny summit of a hill, the Villa has beautiful views to the surrounding countryside with its typical prehistoric grags (Le Balze) on one side and to the local town as well as to the nearby towns on the other side.
The property extends for 2 hectares all around the slope, it is all fenced and has its own (4x8 metres) private pool surrounded by a large variety of plants with the garden reaching down the hill into olive groves and rows of fruit trees.
The pool itself is located right in front of the house on a sun terrace accessed through the glass doors of the living room on the ground floor and is well equipped with deck-chairs and sun umbrellas.
